world meeting of families logoWorld Meeting of Families

Begun in 1994 by St. John Paul II, the World Meeting of Families is an international Catholic congress celebrating the family. It is being held in Philadelphia from September 22 to the 25th. Pope Francis will visit the city September 25 to 27. About the event

If you can't attend in Philadelphia, our diocese has put together a resource list of suggested activities for our involvement in this event of the worldwide church.

Are you are our next website leader?

Webmaster Janet DeGraw is planning to move when her house sells. If you or someone you know would be interested in helping to bring our Christian presence to the Katahdin region, please let Father know. He is looking into using a template that doesn't require specialized skills to maintain the site, so don't be scared-off if you have never done anything like this before!  Just bring your love of the Lord and Our Lady and your desire to spread the word! Thank you and God bless you.
